We only process data that you provide to us, for example:

• name and email when subscribing to the newsletter,

• name, email and possibly message text when sending the contact form.

We use your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• sending newsletters and information about WellKlub events,

• answers to your questions sent via the contact form,

• maintaining internal contact records and improving our services.

We do not sell or provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.


4. Who has access to the data

Only authorized WellKlub employees and our contractual partners who help us with data processing have access to personal data - for example:

• Wix.com Ltd. (web system provider),

• email and newsletter service providers (e.g. Mailchimp or other platform, if added).

All our partners process data in accordance with GDPR and have adequate security.


5. Data retention period

We store personal data:

• for the period during which your consent to receiving the newsletter lasts (until you unsubscribe),

• maximum 3 years from the last contact, unless there is further legitimate processing.

We use modern technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption, secure connections, and restricted data access. Your data is stored on secure servers of providers that meet GDPR requirements.


7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right:

• request access to your personal data,

• request correction or deletion of data,

• restrict processing,

• to object to processing,

• withdraw consent to receiving the newsletter at any time (via the link in the email or by email to thewellklub@gmail.com ),

• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
