BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the company:

(hereinafter referred to as “WellKlub” or “provider”)

and customers who order participation in sports and wellness events via the website www.wellklub.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "customer").


2. Order and conclusion of the contract

The event can be booked directly through the WellKlub website.
After sending the order and paying the event price, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. At this moment, the contract for participation in the event is concluded.

Payment is made in advance online through a payment service provider integrated on the WellKlub website.


3. Price and payment terms

Event prices are listed including all fees. WellKlub is not a VAT payer.
Payment is only possible in advance online; participation in the event is binding after payment is credited.


4. Cancellation of participation and cancellation conditions

The customer can cancel their participation in the event no later than 7 days before the start of the event by email to thewellklub@gmail.com .
In such a case, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.
If you cancel your participation less than 48 hours before the event or if you do not attend without an excuse, the amount will not be refunded.


5. Changes and cancellation of the event by WellKlub

WellKlub reserves the right to change the date, location or program of the event in necessary cases (e.g. lecturer's illness, technical reasons).
If the event is cancelled without a refund, the customer will be refunded the full amount within 14 days.


6. Responsibility

Participation in events is at the customer's own risk.
WellKlub is not responsible for any damage caused by the participant's inappropriate health condition or failure to follow the instructors' instructions.


7. Protection of personal data

The processing of customers' personal data is governed by a separate document, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), available on the WellKlub website.


8. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from November 6, 2025.
WellKlub reserves the right to modify them at any time; the current version is always available on the website.
